This program offers training for goalkeepers to learn from a former college and NPSL goalkeeper and current college head coach. Goalkeeper is a specialized position that requires specific training in an environment that often is overlooked in regular club or school training sessions. Coach Lichina is a former goalkeeper for Allegheny College and Fort Pitt Regiment in the NPSL. He brings +10 years of experience playing and coaching goalkeepers at the club and collegiate level. Playing the goalkeeper position is so much more than pure shot-stopping. Making a save often comes down to the details and the decisions goalkeepers make before a ball is coming towards them. Understanding and fine-tuning these crucial fundamentals are the difference between a good goalkeeper and a great one who might be looking to play in college or find success on their club and high school teams.

Our specialized Goalkeeper Training program is open to both male and female soccer players in the U9-U19 age groups (players born in 2017-2007).
